 When placing an order on booneealus.com, you may choose to create an account or proceed as a guest. If you create an account, the system will store only the information you provide for your orders, such as shipping address, billing address, and email address. If you wish to delete your account, please contact booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com, and our customer service team will assist you. When creating an account, you may also choose to save credit card information for future use. You can log into your account to modify or delete any stored credit card information.

 

4. Placing an Order

 By purchasing products from Boonee Alus' official website, please confirm that you have read and accepted the terms of use and privacy policy. Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing an order. Prior to placing your order, you will have the opportunity to review the product information you have selected, the information you have provided, the total price of your order, and correct any input errors. Please note that the products in your shopping bag do not represent a final order and may be purchased by other customers until your order is finalized and you receive an order confirmation email. Inactivity for an extended period of time may prevent you from connecting to the website, while the products in your shopping bag may be cleared. In such cases, you will need to re-add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping bag.

Please note that all orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decide not to accept your order for any reason, without liability to you. Once your order is processed, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing all relevant information regarding your order. The shipping confirmation indicates our acceptance of your order. Please note that Boonee Alus does not guarantee the availability of all products displayed on the website at the time of your order. If a product is out of stock, we will promptly contact you via phone or email. If we have already received your payment, we will issue a refund.

 

7. Colours

Boonee Alus strives to provide accurate product information on the website. However, please note that due to variations in computer colour settings, the colours of products as shown in website images may differ slightly from their actual colors. Boonee Alus shall not be responsible for such differences.

9. Shipping

- Shipping Methods:   

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs, which you can select at checkout. Orders may take up to 7 business days for dispatch. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours on regular business days or within 1-2 business days during promotional periods. Please note that delivery times provided are estimates and commence from the dispatch date. The delivery times mentioned here do not take into consideration the delays caused by payment authorization and/or availability of stock. If Boonee Alus fails to deliver the product within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.

For security purposes, Boonee Alus reserves the right to deliver the first order to the verified billing or work address of the cardholder. To avoid delay in receiving your order, please ensure you provide correct billing and shipping address information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

 

10. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return

At boonee alus, each of our products is handmade with attention to every unique detail. Therefore we do not offer returns due to personal reasons, please note this before you order. If there is a special reason, please contact us within 7 days of arrival and we will try our best to solve your problem. In the case of claims due to product defects, they must be submitted within a maximum of 3 days after receiving the package.

Once this deadline has passed, boonee alus reserves the right to reject the request. During the peak season (Christmas) we will extend this deadline up to one month.

Refund

If the product arrives opened or damaged, booneealus will cover all refunds without returning the product. Refunds will always be made to the credit card used to place your order to prevent fraud. The refund process usually takes 3 to 5 business days depending on the bank. For a full refund, please email booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com to request a refund.

PS:booneealus is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligent use, alterations, and cosmetic damage due to normal wear and aging.

Exchange

Boonee Alus does not provide online exchange services. If the exchange is caused by product damage or size discrepancy, please contact us within 3 days of arrival. If the exchange is caused by personal reasons, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

 

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. To do so, pls log into your personal account, locate your order details, and select the option to cancel your order. You will receive a confirmation email, and any payment made will be refunded accordingly to your account from which the original payment was made.

 

11. Defective Products  

If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. Under the Consumer Protection Act (1990:932), you have the right to complain about defective products within 3 years. However, you must notify Boonee Alus of any defects within a reasonable time after discovery. If Boonee Alus confirms a product defect, a full refund, including shipping costs, will be issued. Refer to the Consumer Protection Act for more information on consumer rights (1990:932).

 Boonee Alus adheres to applicable consumer regulations. Please notify us promptly upon receiving a defective product.
