All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Freight
Free shipping for orders worldwide over $120.
Delivery time is 8-15 days. We will send a text message to the phone number you provided at checkout to let you know the day we arrive.
We also offer express worldwide shipping with delivery in 3–5 days. This option is available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once the goods arrive at the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are incurred and they are borne by you as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Since we ship worldwide, we generally do not support returns. If you have quality issues and the product is unused, we can resend 1-2 products of the same price for free as compensation.If you need to return or refund in other circumstances, please contact us at booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at booneealus.customerservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
