All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Freight

Free shipping for orders worldwide over $120. 

Delivery time is 8-14 days. We will send a text message to the phone number you provided at checkout to let you know the day we arrive.

We also offer express worldwide shipping with delivery in 3–5 days. This option is available at checkout for an additional fee .

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Steps:

Log into your account on our website.

Find your order and submit a return request.

Pack the product in its original box or another secure box.

Seal the box and email us at booneealus@gmail.com to get the return address.

If you return for personal reasons, you’ll cover the shipping fee.

If the item is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued (excluding original shipping fees) within 7 days after we receive the item.

The refund will go to your original payment method.

Items must be in original condition, with tags and packaging. We may refuse refunds if the product is damaged or altered.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it ships by logging into your account and selecting "Cancel Order."

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
